Preventing access to uploaded files and only allowing via signed URLs generated by backend?

Hi,

I want to upload a large high-resolution image to Uploadcare from the browser without it being accessible to users via a URL. Can I use signed URLs to allow users to upload to a protected location and then only give access to a lower-resolution version?
