Blocks 0.25 — new configuration approach

The new version of Blocks (the library that powers our Uploader) is now
featuring configuration via HTML attributes and DOM properties. We’re
introducing the new lr-config block specifically designed for this purpose.
Configuration in CSS is now deprecated (although it currently works, it will be
removed shortly). Find the migration guide in the release notes.
