We’re thrilled to announce that Uploadcare is among the finalists of the DevOps Dozen Awards 2020.
DevOps Dozen is an annual competition that highlights the most innovative and outstanding companies and individuals who have demonstrated their leadership and commitment to the DevOps community.
This year, they extended their awards program with two different sections: DevOps Dozen Tools and Services Awards, and DevOps Dozen Community Awards. Uploadcare took part in the Best End-to-End DevOps Tool/Service category, which honors the platform with the most diverse and robust solution for DevOps teams.
Finalists were picked by the public. First, independent judges from MediaOps Inc, DevOps Institute and Accelerated Strategies Group provided technical expertise, and then people voted for the best solutions through public voting. For us, it’s extremely valuable to be recognized not only by experts but also by the DevOps community. Now, along with the other eight finalists, including Gitlab, Eficode, and Quali, we will compete for the first place trophy.

Why is it important for us to take part in such competitions? Industry awards, exhibitions, and challenges allow us to showcase our work to a bigger audience, get feedback from professionals in the sphere, and make our product better. Beyond that, awards are equivalent to social proof: according to research by Boost, about 72% of people who purchase IT products or services are influenced by tech awards results, so it could make all the difference.
Public voting for the winner ends on January 8, 2021, and the winners will be announced on January 21, 2021, at the Predict 2021 Virtual Summit. If you believe Uploadcare deserves to win this competition, take a minute to submit your vote.
