Uploadcare Wins 2020-21 Cloud Award for Best B2B Customer Strategy

At the end of last year, we announced that Uploadcare has been shortlisted in the International Cloud Computing Awards program, The Cloud Awards. Today we’re here with another piece of good news: Uploadcare has been named the winner in the Best B2B Customer Strategy category.

The Cloud Awards is the first and largest international program which recognizes and honors industry leaders and innovators in cloud computing. This year, the awards are presented in 23 categories. Uploadcare made it to three shortlists: Best B2B Customer Strategy, Best Platform as a Service, and Cloud Project of the Year.

The winners for the B2B Customer Strategy were chosen based on:

  • the organization’s approach to B2B customer acquisition, retention and support
  • how the organization is structured to be as receptive as possible to customer needs
  • how the organization uses technologies to solve challenges in acquiring and retaining customers
  • how the organization has grown in sales, customer retention and satisfaction levels over the last 18 months

In the category, Uploadcare was shortlisted next to strong companies, including Amperity, Avenga, Vertafore, Benchling, Myfreight, OrderMyGear, and Whatfix. Although there were many worthy competitors, Uploadcare was the winner this year.

Winners were selected by a judging panel of international experts in R&D engineering, IT consulting, marketing, UX design, and more.

“Uploadcare Inc. provided The Cloud Awards with demonstrable examples of how they engage with customers and use customer feedback to genuinely improve the Uploadcare experience for everyone—including their own small team of staff. This is what set Uploadcare apart in a highly competitive category.”

Annabelle Whittall, lead judge for the Cloud Awards
