Alex Chernenko is a Lead Support Engineer at Uploadcare. He has worked in technical support and leadership for over 10 years, including 8 years at Uploadcare. A natural problem solver, combining strong technical skills with empathy and clear communication, Alex is passionate about helping users and setting high standards for customer service.

Prior to joining Uploadcare, Alex was in charge of a support team at a company operating a high-load SMS and push messaging gateway serving hundreds of enterprise customers. At Uploadcare, he is a key member of the support team that successfully supports thousands of customers. His approach to support focuses on maintaining a human touch while also creating reliable processes and thoughtful automation.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys music production and photography.
