While it had many negative impacts, the pandemic gave a great positive boost to many online industries, including ecommerce. Online retail made a mind-blowing leap, with ten years of growth in just a few months. But these wins brought new challenges. It has become vital to win shoppers' attention and keep it with a fast and smooth omnichannel experience.

How do ecommerce platforms face this challenge, and are they ready to compete in the customer experience field?
